Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using Skara Financial ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access or use the Service. Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms.

Skara Financial provides an online platform for creating professional project reports and CMA (Credit Monitoring Arrangement) reports for businesses seeking bank loans in India. Our services include:
- Project report generation with financial projections
- CMA report creation and analysis
- PDF export functionality
- Financial calculations and DSCR analysis
- Report templates and formatting
User Accounts
Account Creation
To use certain features of our Service, you must register for an account. You agree to:
- Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration
- Maintain and update your account information to keep it accurate
- Maintain the security of your password and account
- Accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account
- Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account
Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms of Service
- Fraudulent or illegal activity
- Abuse of the Service or other users
- Non-payment of fees (for subscription plans)
- Extended period of inactivity (over 1 year)
- Any other reason we deem necessary to protect the Service or other users
Suspension: We may temporarily suspend your account while investigating potential violations. During suspension, you will not be able to access the Service.
Termination: Upon termination, your access to the Service will be immediately revoked. We will delete or anonymize your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law. You may request account deletion at any time through your account settings.

Our pricing plans are clearly displayed on our website. Prices are subject to change, but any changes will not affect reports already purchased.
Payment Processing
Payments are processed through secure third-party payment gateways. By making a purchase, you agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method.
Refunds
All sales are final and non-refundable. Due to the digital nature of our products and services, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges once a purchase has been completed. This policy applies to all project reports, CMA reports, subscription plans, and one-time purchases.

User Responsibilities
You agree to:
- Use the Service only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms
- Provide accurate and truthful information when creating reports
- Not use the Service to create fraudulent or misleading reports
- Not attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems
- Not interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers connected to the Service
- Not use automated systems to access the Service without permission
- Not copy, modify, or distribute the Service or any part thereof
- Not reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
Intellectual Property
Our Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to software, designs, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, and data compilations) are owned by Skara Financial Services (operating as Skara Financial) and are protected by Indian copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws, as well as applicable international laws.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of the Service
- Reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code of the Service
- Remove any copyright, trademark, or other proprietary notices from the Service
- Use our trademarks, logos, or brand names without our prior written consent
Your Content and Data
You retain full ownership of the data and information you provide, including project details, financial information, and generated reports. However, by using the Service, you grant us a limited, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
- Use, store, and process your data as necessary to provide the Service
- Generate reports based on your input data
- Store your data securely on our servers
- Back up your data for disaster recovery purposes
This license terminates when you delete your account or data, except where we are required to retain data for legal or regulatory purposes.
Report Accuracy and Liability
While we strive to provide accurate financial calculations and report formatting, you are responsible for:
- Verifying the accuracy of all information in your reports
- Ensuring that the reports meet your bank's specific requirements
- Reviewing all calculations and financial projections
- Consulting with financial advisors or accountants when necessary
We are not responsible for loan approval or rejection decisions made by banks based on the reports generated through our Service. The reports are tools to assist you, but final decisions rest with the financial institutions.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Skara Financial Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from:
- Your use or inability to use the Service
- Any errors or omissions in the Service
- Any loss or damage of any kind incurred as a result of your use of the Service
- Any unauthorized access to or use of our servers and/or any personal information stored therein
- Service interruptions, downtime, or technical failures
- Loss of data due to system failures or errors
- Decisions made by banks or financial institutions based on reports generated through our Service
Our total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim, or ₹5,000 (Indian Rupees Five Thousand), whichever is greater.
Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by Indian law.
Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free, or that defects will be corrected. We do not warrant that the Service will meet your requirements or that the results obtained from the use of the Service will be accurate or reliable.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Skara Financial and its officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including without limitation reasonable legal and accounting fees, arising out of or in any way connected with your access to or use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.
Service Availability and Uptime
We strive to provide continuous and reliable access to our Service. However, we do not guarantee:
- Uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service
- 100% uptime or availability
- That the Service will be free from viruses, malware, or other harmful components
- That defects will be corrected immediately
The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to:
- Scheduled maintenance and updates
- Technical issues or system failures
- Force majeure events (see below)
- Third-party service provider issues
We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of planned maintenance and to restore service as quickly as possible in the event of unplanned outages.
Force Majeure
We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms that is due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to:
- Natural disasters, earthquakes, floods, fires, or other acts of God
- War, terrorism, civil unrest, or acts of government
- Pandemics, epidemics, or public health emergencies
- Internet or telecommunications failures
- Power outages or infrastructure failures
- Cyberattacks, hacking, or security breaches by third parties
- Strikes, labor disputes, or other industrial actions
In the event of a force majeure situation, we will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and resume normal operations as soon as possible. If the force majeure event continues for more than 30 days, either party may terminate these Terms with written notice.
Dispute Resolution
If you have any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service, we encourage you to first contact us at support@skarafinancial.com to attempt to resolve the matter amicably.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the following dispute resolution process shall apply:
- Mediation: The parties agree to attempt to resolve the dispute through mediation by a mutually agreed mediator in Delhi, India.
- Arbitration: If mediation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 2015 of India. The arbitration shall be conducted in Delhi, India, in the English language.
- Court Jurisdiction: If arbitration is not applicable or fails, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
You agree to waive any right to a jury trial and to participate in class action lawsuits. Each party shall bear its own costs and expenses in connection with any dispute resolution proceeding.
Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Delhi, India.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
By continuing to access or use our Service after any revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms. If you do not agree to the new terms, you are no longer authorized to use the Service.
